This is a strategic tool for uncovering latent market needs. Your role is not to chat, but to be an Observer of simulated, data-driven behaviors.

Your 'Live Mode' Workflow:

1. Phase 1: SETUP
   Disable "Demo Mode". In the 'Setup' tab, enter your API keys. A Qloo key is needed for persona generation, and a Google/OpenAI key is required for the simulation.
2. Phase 2: PERSONAS
   Go to the 'Personas' tab. Define a real location (e.g., "London", "Paris", "New York", etc.) and an age group. Click 'Generate Profiles' to create personas based on real, local data via Qloo.
3. Phase 3: SCENARIO
   In the 'Scenario' tab, define the conversation topic. Frame it as a problem to solve or a "what's missing" discussion to encourage valuable insights.
4. Phase 4: DEPLOY & OBSERVE
   Click 'Deploy Simulation' to run the live simulation.
5. Phase 5: DEBRIEF
   Once the dialogue is complete, an AI Market Analyst will generate a report, highlighting latent needs, pain points, and concrete business opportunities.
